Workshop Cancellations
As workshops require minimum attendances, should these not be reached, workshops may be cancelled and payment will be refunded. Every effort will be made to contact participants within 48 hours of workshop start time.
Payment
All workshops must be paid for online at time of booking. Concessions are available for participants with parents/guardians on a pension or health care card but this must be quoted at the time of booking. Please retain your receipt as you may be required to present it at workshop sign in.
Choose Carefully – No Refunds!
A workshop credit for the original amount paid will be offered if your child/children is/are unable to attend due to illness and Carclew is notified prior to commencement of workshop.
Special Needs/Allergies
Please inform Carclew of any individual needs your child/children has/have e.g. wheelchair access or medical condition. All information will remain confidential, but allows Carclew Youth Arts to deliver greater service to your child/children.
Stay for the Day
If participants are booked for a morning and afternoon workshop, they can bring their lunch/snacks and will be supervised between workshop sessions by a carer for a charge of $5.00 per participant. Parents who are unable to pick up their child/children on time will also be charged this carer fee.
Arrivals and Departures
Parents/guardians must sign their child/children in and out of each workshop. Carclew must be informed if someone else is collecting your child/children. Alternative collection arrangements must be confirmed prior to sign out.
Late pickup
Parents/guardians will be charged $5.00 for every 5 minutes for late pick up without prior arrangement.
Police Clearance
All Carclew Youth Arts staff and volunteers have a National Police Clearance for working with children.
