WOMADELAIDE

Every year, Carclew programs workshops for children and young people at WOMADelaide's Kidzone.

This year over sixty workshops and a heap of performances took place at Womadelaide on 8 & 9 March.

Despite being very hot , the weekend was a great success with over 400 children making everything from painted Russian dolls to Origami.Along with lovely performances from Belly dancing to Hip Hop Indigenous style!

A huge Thank you to all the terrific artists , our merry band of volunteers, carclew staff especially Ella Pak Poy,and APA- Adam Hornhardt and Annette Tripodi.

We're looking for Womad Volunteers!
Fancy being involved in Womad 2009? We're looking for volunteers to work in Kidzone and the Children's Workshops. You should be available on February 21st and March 7th and 8th. Contact Program Manager Holly Wilson on 8267 5111 or hwilson@carclew.org.au for more details!
For Hire
We open up our doors to young artists needing space and equipment to explore their arts practice. Carclew is housed in a beautiful building with stunning rooms, a band rehearsal room, art room and b&w dark room all available to you.
